Talk about old school! The eight tunes on this Dutch outfit’s sophomore effort are a mix of 70s hard rock and infectious early NWOBHM inspired guitars (in particular, check out ‘Anarchistic Storm’). The lone exception is a closing ‘Where’s That Devil’, a meandering slice of blues more akin to a Y&T number. Completely different to the rest of the album (backing vocals included), it’s seemingly garnered from repeated viewings of the Steve Vai movie Crossroads.

In a scene becoming populated by retro-thinking acts, this like-minded group come as a breath of fresh air, especially the bouncy ‘String Of Beads’ and speedy ‘KGB’. Simple constructions, with easy sing-along choruses. What’s not to like!
