Second album from the Greek band, Warrior Path carrying on all those things we love about the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, and Power Metal. Album was also produced by Bob Katsionis (keys, guitar for Firewind) and it sounds great. These guys get it. Immediately from opening instrumental its post Brave New World Iron Maiden meets power metal spirited twin guitar harmonies. The riff sets the tone for the title track and the mad king with beautiful Mercyful Fate clean guitars and classy melodic accents before launching into that steadfast tempo.

The voice, Daniel Heiman from Lost Horizon, doesn’t really sound like anyone else fluctuating within a mid range and once and a while hitting a great scream. Love the changes in the music keeping the arrangement interesting, and the solo purposeful for the song. Dramatic feel in the orchestral accents for ‘His Wrath Will Fall’, you also get some vocal “whoohs”, and power metal Gamma Ray melodic guitar greatness in the riffs and leads. Again post 2000s Maiden type clean guitars and subtle start to ‘Don’t Fear the Unknown’, especially the bass, before getting into a Axel Rudi Pell rhythm and verses its well done. The guitars have an aggressive edge, keeps the melody. Strong mid section slower change in ‘Savage Tribe’, storm sounds effects begin ‘Avenger’ which feels like a Manowar arrangement. Positive lyrics for ‘Neverending Fight’, “never stop chasing your dreams, It's harder than it seems, To this fight that will never end”.
