Ok, this is an interesting listen. No name or title on the album cover, band name I'm expecting doom, maybe melodic black metal, combination of both. Or symphonic metal? But no. Nothing is what you are expecting from this music. Intro instrumental 'L'image' feels so psychedelic, distorted guitars, low fi production, drums and bass roll around searching for direction, with some subtle vocal sounds. I could hear this in Rob Zombie's movie The Lords of Salem. 'Successive Slidings of Pleasure' is equally 70s aesthetic, vocal monochromatic and blurry, piano as it exits. Band bio as mysterious, players credited as multi instrumentalist Witchdoctor General with "several honorary members". Even more mysterious than how Ghost started out. 'Blood Of The Witch' has a clearer vocal and acoustic guitar, verse and chorus. Best song so far. Music the witches play while around the fire in the woods.

For a minute and thirteen, 'Pussycat In A Women's Skin' bass and drum are jamming with some background sounds, 'Space Age Sorceress' in the stoner doom family with bands like Pallbearer, Sleep, or Saint Vitus, and a Hendrix flair in the solo. Also see 'Shadows In The Mirror'. More haunting delicate grace in its melodic guitar and delivery for 'Hunting Dracul'. Some Ramones and Beetles comes through in the simplicity of 'Magic Mama'. No drums on 'Smoke and Sorcery' just light guitar and vocal, 'Queen of Wands' could fit on a 70s Sabbath album.
Not my thing when it comes to the doom I like, but it gets the 7 rating for artistic talent.
